Every day from 6:00am to 10:30am on the first floor at Topazio Room or at the ground floor at our Restaurant (in according to Reception at the check-in), you can enjoy your morning routine! You will find delicious cakes prepared every morning by our Pastry Chef, croissants of all kinds, jams and creams, fresh seasonal fruit, yogurt, fruit juices, the best selections of tea, tasty biscuits and cereals of all kinds (also for vegans and intolerant ), cold and hot drinks, cold cuts, eggs and much more.
Pool and Bar Area
The swimming pool area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, shower, surrounded by a beautiful and lush garden.
The opening hours are: from 10:30 to 19:30.
The use of a swimming cap, available together with the towels, is mandatory at the reception (paid services – towel rental € 5.00 each change).
In this area, there are also tables and chairs, or sofas in the shade, to take advantage of the bar service directly by the pool.
We are a pet-friendly hotel: your 4-legged friend is welcome here.
Small and medium-sized animals (max 10 kg) are allowed with a supplement of € 10 per day. His stay must be communicated to the reception, we also remind you to follow these simple rules for the respect of the common areas and other hotel guests.
The behavior of the animal must be managed by the owner so as not to disturb the other guests.
The owner is responsible for all damage caused to other guests caused by their pet.
The owner is responsible for the repair and/or replacement of all items possibly stained damaged by the animal.
Animals are not allowed to enter or stop in areas where food and drinks are administered. Therefore, access to the breakfast room, restaurants, bars, terraces, areas where there are distributors for food and drinks, whether they are closed rooms or external areas, is not allowed. (the only exception being guide dogs).
Animals cannot access the Meeting Rooms (the only exception being guide dogs).
The use of bed linen and towels for the animal is not allowed (grooming, bedding, or other).
It is not allowed to leave the animals free in the hotel, in other common areas the transit of animals is allowed as long as they are always accompanied and with the obligation to use a leash and equipped with a suitable muzzle, for cats inside a special cage.
Animals cannot be left alone in the rooms during the stay (day and night).
It is not allowed to pick up the animal on the beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc. (both in the room and in the common areas).
In the common areas (Hall, Breakfast room; Restaurant room) animals cannot be held in their arms.
The clothes to be washed and ironed must be perfectly intact and in excellent condition, they must be delivered before 08:00 and will be returned on the same day. Note: the total number of items must be specified; in the absence of information, the count made by the hotel staff will be considered valid. The hotel is not responsible for the shrinkage or discoloration of the garments. The service is not active on weekends and holidays.

The iH Gusto Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel. Our Chef Gianfrancesco Capogrossi and his brigade await you every day for lunch from 12.30 to 14.30 and for dinner from 19.30 to 22.30. Welcome reservation. Discover our special different menu for each season and combine one of the wines selected for you.

The Lobby Bar is open daily from 16:00 to midnight. Starting from 18:00 every day there is the Happy Hour where you can taste the “Top Five Cocktails” or a delicious and fresh sangria, all accompanied by delicious express gastronomy.

On the first floor of the hotel is the iH Wellness, an area completely dedicated to fitness. Equipped with modern Technogym branded equipment, it is equipped with: two treadmills, a stationary bike, an artist synchro, floor, and abdominal exercise mat and a wellness ball. The environment is air-conditioned and equipped with water dispenser and wall-mounted TV tuned to the best music channels. Moreover, thanks to the official App of Tecnhogym, you enter “Mywellness” a personalized, easy, and fast connection system: all the machines are equipped with a QR Code that facilitates access to specific training programs. The gym of the iH Hotels Roma Z3 is open from 7:00 to 23:00 every day.
On the ground floor of the hotel, a nice boutique awaits you, open every day from 7.00 in the morning to 10.00 and from 18.00 to 23.00. Here you can find souvenirs of the Eternal City, useful objects for your holiday in Rome or simply send a postcard.

Meeting & Conference
The first floor of the hotel is entirely dedicated to conferences: 6 meeting rooms, a Business Center with a reception desk, 4G hi-speed tablets, video projectors on the ceiling, flipcharts and audio amplification systems. It is possible to organize coffee breaks, business breakfasts and business dinners.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in: the rooms will be delivered from h 14:00.
Check-out: we kindly ask our guests to vacate their room by h12:00 on the day of departure. If you wish to leave the room after the indicated time or extend the overnight stay, contact the Reception one day in advance.
The reception is open 24h. To avoid waiting at the time of check-out, it is advisable to provide the Reception Staff with the billing information in advance.
The objects found, forgotten by the customer, will be kept in custody by the hotel management for a period of 90 days (pending the customer’s complaint). After this period the objects will be disposed of.
We invite our guests to deposit money and objects in the safe of your room. Guests are asked to read the instructions carefully and to remember to leave the safety deposit box on the day of departure. The hotel will not respond in any case for theft or disappearance of objects, valuable valuables owned by customers left unattended or not deposited in the safe.
To receive information on first aid and for the medical assistance service, contact the Reception (extension 9).
In the event of a fire, check the fastest escape route in the plan positioned on the bedroom door. The use of the lift is prohibited. In case of an emergency contact the Reception (extension 9).
FOR YOUR SAFETY
The room key must be carefully kept. In the event of loss or theft of the key, notify the Reception immediately (extension 9). Don’t leave valuables in sight. A safe is available for free in each room. Do not leave your luggage unattended during check-in / out. Return the key to the Reception upon check out. Do not leave the key in the room and, on exiting, make sure that the door is closed. If desired, it can use the internal safety lock on the handle.

From the hotel to reach the center by public transport: drive along the shopping center, up to via Valente. Continue 500 meters on foot until the intersection with Via Prenestina where you can take the tram 14 to the Prenestina / Valente stop. Get off at the Termini stop and continue with the Metro for tourist destinations.
The hotel has outdoor parking (subject to availability) at a cost of € 10 per day and an underground garage a payment at the cost of 20 € per day. You can book it in advance (recommended) or upon arrival at the hotel. It is recommended to park in such a way as not to hinder free movement. For more information, contact our staff.
